The CJP BHLSI Life Sciences Strategic Plan consists of the following six goals:
1) Build Capacity and Create a Sustainable Boston-Haifa Life Sciences Infrastructure For Effective Implementation of Recommendations Emerging From Needs Assessment;
2) Build Sustainable Life Science Businesses in Israel Through Match-making, Entrepreneurship Education and Training, and Business Coaching and Mentoring;
3) Establish New Financing Mechanisms and Joint Ventures to Increase Capital For Companies and Syndicate Deals;
4) Increase Basic Science and Clinical Collaborations Between Boston and Greater Haifa Researchers and Institutions;
5) Recruit Multinational Life Science Companies to Establish Research and Development (R&D) Facilities in Haifa; and
6) Provide Technical Assistance in Life Sciences Workforce Development, Education, Planning and Policy Development.
